Anyone else play through 2 full play throughs and still not get the Bay or Bae achievement?

DId you play one in Early Access, because that has (and evidently still does have) issues.

I have had the same issue, I have just completed my second playthrough where this time I saved chloe, and it didn't unlock. Apparently you're meant to play through it twice on the same save slot, not make a new one and that's how it unlocks, but that seems unfair I really hope they will bring out a fix for this soon if that is the case as I really don't want to play through this game again for a third time, and there's a chance it still wouldn't unlock then but it's pretty much the last achievement I need

I can say for certain this is not true. I have two save files -- one for each choice -- and it unlocked.

steam achievement manager. just install and pick the broken achievements and they unlock automatically
