Vinh and Lucas conversations

Obviously i've posted before, been able to play with exceptional specs, (unlike what my old discussion accused me of, not having requirements to run the game ect, so thanks comments but i figured it out and my PC is in FACT capable.) i reached chapter three, been playing for hours, couldn't find a resolution alive or in dead world, in needing to speak to Vinh or Lucas, i did speak to Vinh and Lucas but the objectives never crossed out, i looked in both worlds for everything i could do, nothing came of it (YES i explored everything in both realms) it seems like a bug to me at this point, is anyone else having the SAME issue? it HASN'T BEEN CRASHING AT ALL. an hour in a half into completing both conversations, alive or dead MIND you. It IMMEDIATELY crashes even though i've played more than several hours at this point WITHOUT issues. i have nearly 12 hours into this game without major issues, so don't even start with me about not knowing the specs of the game or the PC i built. it is VERY ABLE.

There's a key under the photo of Lucas's family in his office. This one stumped me for a while, too, and evidently quite a few others. Just tip the frame while examining it.

Yeah I took to long to find the key which also caused bugs with Lucas appearing in incorrect spots, his door state changing in living world, wrong dialog from Max to nudge me to the next step (talking about how to confront Vinh after I already confronted him). Also the main goal being incorrect, which you mentioned. So yeah, the scene is bugged. It un-♥♥♥♥♥♥ itself as soon as I found the key though.
