Hey, Emperors! 👋

It's been a little while so we wanted to give you an update on what's been happening behind the scenes with Food Truck Empire.

Before we dive in, we'd like to mention our latest player survey! We've been doing a lot of player research recently, and we'd love to get your opinions on our game, whether you've played the demo or are totally new to our Steam page!

We've got THREE £25 Steam vouchers needing a new home!

It should roughly take about 5 minutes and all feedback is hugely appreciated, especially if you're a fan of the tycoon/management genre. We'll be drawing our three winners next Monday (20th April) - good luck and thanks for your support!

We signed with a publisher! (Fireshine Games 🔥)

At the end of last year, we partnered with Fireshine Games to publish Food Truck Empire! Fireshine Games are the publishers behind Core Keeper, Shadows of Doubt, and upcoming titles such as Denshattack! and Far Far West.

Teaming up with Fireshine Games not only helps us with funding, but we're also able to collaborate and share ideas and expertise. We want to make sure we release the best version of our game possible, with our players at the heart of what we create, so we're feeling super positive about this next step! With a publisher on board we'll be able to concentrate on all the important game dev tasks at hand... so, what have we been up to lately?

What's new to Food Truck Empire? 🍔

For the last few months, we've been keeping our heads down and working hard on improving and building Food Truck Empire. There's so much we'd love to show you, but we'll start with a sneak peek at the Headquarters and the new map!

Reception & offices 🏢

It all starts at the front desk! Here are some of the designs we've been working on for the Reception area of the HQ.

You'll design and upgrade the office facilities as you progress through the game. While your food trucks are out on the streets feeding the townspeople, the office will buzzing with new ideas and ways to hook your clients!

A new neighbourhood 🏘️

We've been building the next map for Food Truck Empire - welcome to Bedrock! This new area will introduce customers with different taste palettes and food preferences. It's not one size fits all, so be prepared to mix up your kitchen and try some new fast food recipes!

That's all for now, folks! We'll be making these dev blogs a more regular thing, and our next update won't be too far away. Thanks for bearing with us while it's been a bit quiet, we promise you'll be seeing more FTE behind-the-scenes very soon!
