Yes, I already did that at the time with AMD Adrenaline before writing the post, that's why I posted it, and nothing. The GPU is still hitting the 100% usage ceiling and the fans are going crazy, running at full speed to keep the temperature from going to hell.
Only Baldur's Gate 3, which I played a year ago by miracle due to lack of minimum requirements, pushed the GPU to its limit in a similar way to how this 'little' game does. It makes no sense.
It happened to me a couple of months ago when I was playing it. That's why I stopped playing it.
