How to solve packet loss/ rubberbanding ?

My ping is 60ish so it should be fine, but the rubberbanding is killing off my enjoyment of this game

No other game have this problem like DOTA2, LoL, etc. Only this game

nope, my ping is quite stable at 60~80ms and no background stuff

tho im wondering if its possible to somehow make only omega strikers and maybe discord that uses the internet and block all other app ?

QoS is a thing, it's usually set up so communication apps and games have higher priority while streaming services like netflix and twitch have low priority.

If we know what the server ip would be, than we can ping towards it. And see on what hop the packet loss is.
