In EU I have no problem with finding a match. I only do Competitive for the record.

Im in North America and I cant find anyone either, Id use the discord vc more but I feel like im too ass at the game and will ruin other peoples fun

That's exactly how you learn this game. Playing with pros, most of them will give solid advice just with emotes and commands lol

Well, the game is dead in south america then. I can´t find a single match, i hope someday the game will revive

It's not going to revive. Devs already kicked it to the side. Doing minor patches here and there, but nothing that will ever address the core issues. No pun intended :P

Edit: and even with less players, the community is still fairly toxic if you aren't part of the Discord group at least. I get flamed for TRYING to work with my teammates and even got banned because of the countless times I stood still in an open spot, waiting for a pass that never came. so teammates assume I'm just sitting there griefing and report me.

Happened to me i think quite a long while ago, it happened to my friend because a goalie who played almost only like a forward hated that my friend guarded the goal when we noticed he didn't want to play his role
And another time my friend even received a Discord DM of someone being full toxic after a game despite she had hidden her game name to avoid receiving post game toxicity.
Which we discovered being useless because people discovered how to see people's game name even when hidden and Aesop also shared it

Yeah it's such a shame, cause this game is so fun when it's good, but the lows are so much lower lol

Devs pushed the game to the side to work on something new. This game had so much potential. but they dropped the ball on QoL stuff. Matchmaking has always been terrible even when it was at peak players. You could be plat and get 2 silvers on your team vs a stack of gold/plat/diamond.

Valve managing this game would be insane. This game numbers would go through the roof in matter of days.

side note - tbh, I wish valve drop the deadlock and build a game without having "lanes" system. Artifact game would flourish if it wasn't for lanes, and their pricing.
