Any chance for Accel World characters?

Do you think there is any chance the future DLCs / Season passes will add Accel World characters, or they only add SAO characters?
I liked the SAO x Accel World game, and hoped for some AW characters, lol.

Yeah, well, when I have seen the DLC named "Worlds beyond" I just thought, maybe.... but you might be right. Though if I remember correctly Lost Song also had Kuroyukihime.

There's always a chance. Hell we may even get Naruto, Gundams, and Geralt the Witcher as characters in the future. I doubt it but stranger things have happened.

Agreed, I wouldn't be surprised to see Accel World characters eventually though, or at the very least maybe Accel World outfits for characters we already have, it is the same universe after all.

That would be fine. It's also not so much off with the GGO setting that is already in FD.

But how much is Accel World still a topic? The anime is long dead now and so far I know there was no game after SAO vs AW.

World's Beyond probably refers to the game-verse exclusive characters and other spin offs. This would be characters like the GGO Alternative novel, Premiere, Philia, Strea etc...

I mean we know 3 of the DLC characters are Strea, Pitohui and M. Not so sure if we needed -another- sniper, but hey... 3rd ones the charm I guess.

really depends on how they make M, he should have some tanking ability because of his shield or something, well i guess we will see in a few weeks.

Well when I saw nautilus fighting I immediately though of nightwing so I dont think its impossible for there to be a crossover dlc of something. Game would have to do amazingly though and it wont. Going to have to reach something like 100k players all time peak and seeing as the most popular sao game only ever reached 20k and that one didnt have extra micro transactions and battlepass in it, I'm not liking this ones chances.

Do you realize that there is a whole world named "ranobe" outside "anime"? For a long time there were much more AW novels than SAO novels and only recently Kawahara stopped writing new AW volumes, reached it's quantity with SAO volumes - and then dropped SAO (including Progressive) too in favor of his new series just like he did with Isolator earlier. Not to mention that AW got both publication and anime adaptation earlier than SAO too. Not to mention that AW and SAO are connected, so if you are a true SAO fan you SHOULD be interested in AW too. So it's not surprising that there are people - including myself - that are interested in AW-related games or at least in it's characters appearances in SAO games.
