What are the peak times to play for North America

There isn't any, Western Players basically dumpstered this game faster than flies swarm to food or left the Region matchmaking on Asia servers(since that's also the default setting).

I can find games pretty much always when I play, just make sure you are on Asia server and sit in a lobby for like 1-2min and you will get a request to join a game, it's much faster than manually searching for one.

Alternatively if you just want kills for weekly or something, go for the not peak hours. AI is significantly easier to kill steal.

Can we trust Steamcharts active users to be only 400? Asia server is always populated, but I noticed there is some odd damage scaling there. I can end up doing 0 damage in a tier 1. Never happens on US Server.

Yea, we can. But, the game is available on many platforms. There's always more active players, in that case.

No damage usually happened when you join a match that ppl are disconnected and also it happened often as you have with crossplay with consoles. My guess that more of a lobby issues where you join in a premade or a farming party.
