Anything of the sort in this game? Or plans to add it?

On the game's shop page, it says that Early Access should last for about two months. Since the Early Access version was released at the beginning of July, twice as much time has already passed. How close is the game to completion at this point? Depending on the prospects, I would buy this game rather now (while it's on sale) than later, but I really don't want to buy an Early Access version that most likely never gets finished....
