Remember, Death Stranding's PC port was announced before the PS4 version was available, and released about 8 months later. Even if the same thing doesn't happen, DS2 is guaranteed to release on PC at some point, especially since KJP now has full ownership of DS.

Best case scenario—though very unlikely—the PC port will release the same day, it's just that the announcement is being delayed so Sony can maximize the sweet, sweet pre-order moolah they'll receive.

6-12m ps5, then if they go the dumb route 6-12m epic where no one will buy it then steam release with a decent discount :P

nah most of the PS game come to steam first but if epic give them a boat load of money then it will see a 2027 release on here.

Yay, i bought s ps5 last year for gt7. I never was into DS, i play it now the second day. Awesome game, cant wait for ds2 later this year! 👌

One of the few 'now' IP's Sony still has that will likely move more ps5 units, that's why they try to keep it exclusive as long as they can-- it's kind of the only way Sony can stay in the game, not that i agree with it, but if it helps Kojima create the things he wants to craft, it's a necessary evil.

I need to dust off my PS5 anyways. This generation has been horrendous for game releases on that garbage platform. I will NOT be buying a PS6. So long SONY. See you here
