🚚 Truck control makes me crazy!!! XD

When you try to move backward, it keeps going forward, even after tapping backward for 5 seconds! Especially in critical situations, why does the vehicle always seem to move in the direction you don’t want it to go?😤😤😤 XD

I can agree with this, sometimes theres a weird delay when trying to move vehicles, and I've noticed that sometimes Sam would drift in a direction when walking. This happens even in areas where im pretty sure there isn't wind, and Im using keyboard to move not controller so the Drifting is very strange

Tbf, the bikes are even worse. This is the game's main weak point IMO, vehicle handling. Why the hell does a 3 wheeled bike stops as if it hit a hard wall when it bumps again a 5cm pebble ?

i only really use the vehicles on roads, anything else is just asking for trouble

I use the bike all the time and you'll get around easier by popping a wheelie to get over "pebbles" and rocks! I only use the trucks for large loads and found that trucks are the worst culprits for drifting. This game has a very weird momentum design that makes you drift wildly after a bounce off of a rock. It goes where it wants for far longer than what I'd like. The only real way to counter act this is to drive slowly, but that's not gonna happen with me!

Non-analogue movement controls suck in lots of games. Keyboard just isn't a great control method for some games, and some game genres. A reasonable controller is no more expensive than a reasonable keyboard though. Steering wheels are more expensive, and HOTAS is more expensive still.

FWIW, though, the physics of the trucks is terrible in this game regardless of control method.

no chance for me XD lol hope DS 2 get better...
i hear when you use a controler(xbox, ps) on pc so we cant play with a multiplayer ? becoz we need some mods etc.

There are no issues with using a controller in multiplayer games.

If you're hacking in an aim bot to make using a controller easier, then that's obviously cheating.
