540 Highest LoLoL??

I seem to be stuck at 540 for unique LoLoL rated deliveries. I can't find anymore. I find this curious because on at least one online structure on my map, the player has 550. Am I missing something? Did something change?

There are 540. The player you saw has potentially faked their stats in some fashion.

Do you know what the highest porter grade is? I assume each category tops out at 100?

500 AFAIK, 100 in each category. The progression gets very slow as you go higher.
