Multiplayer in the Future?
It would be really cool to have a huge mansion that's larger than a regular map but you can co-op with another person and work together by splitting up tasks and talking to each other to see if things were or were not there. I understand you can't just add multiplayer to a previous game without ruining the difficulty, but for a "We're on Observation Duty" game it would be a LOT of fun working together in a LARGE map. Hope you consider it :)

Agreed tbh that does sound like a fun 2 player coop thing!

That could be interesting, though one has to wonder how much value there would be in a dedicated MP map when these games have always had potential for MP. One thing me and my friends do is stream Observation Duty on Discord and chill for a few hours whilst looking for anomalies together. Everyone can play Observation Duty even if only one person owns it.

I think a neat solution would be a few large maps (quite large and detailed), a warning that playing them by yourself might be quite challenging, and leave the game as is, single player. That warning might already get people to the conclusion that streaming the game to a vc in Discord turns it into a party game.

Yes exactly I think this would be perfect for multiplayer, so long as there is a system where both players share observations and if they miss they share a total number of misses.
