Which Is Best Despite Everything?? WRC 10 Or WRC Generations Or EA Sports WRC??

When it comes to ffb and driving I have to give it to WRC 10/generations. I would rank 10/gens both a 9 but there are some things that one does better than the other.

When it comes to immersion while driving plus multiplayer/clubs then it's a definite win for EA WRC.

KT WRC has always had superior stage designs which was a huge reason to play them. However EA WRC has incredible stages and is dripping with content.

I own all rally games and honestly enjoy every single one of them despite having my favorites.

If you were playing this strictly for single player I would go with generations or WRC 10. If you want the whole package I would certainly go for EA WRC.

Dirt rally 2.0 but if ea wrc could work without any stutter, it's superior. What i like is th seasons and weather, but I far prefer the rain in DR 2.0

Long time many hours Dirt Rally 1 then 2 fan. EA WRC at launch was not good. EA WRC now, today is hands down the far superior rally game in every respect, including VR but that is with Quest 3 as other VR headsets seem to struggle apparently. But physics, handling and driveability including steering wheel FFB (simucube pro 2) and motion, also the tracks are spectacular. EA WRC is number one imho.

The previous WRC series from KT was taking a benefit out of stage design and stage detail which dirt rally 2 ie has had a big problem with.

However as of right now with a number of setting and engine tweaks id say no other previous Rally title is needed anymore due to EA Sports WRC.

When EA WRC released it was a messed up product and it came on a spot right now, where i have uninstalled the other rally titles.

EA WRC has some graphical issues but you can literally follow the VR Guideline thread and copy paste the engine.ini tweaks and get a good looking experience with ease.

I do own Wrc9/10, dirt Rally 2.0 and currently i dont feel the need anymore for any of these games.
It was always all about the most positive experience and due to all patches its clearly EA WRC by this point

EA WRC is pretty much the peak right now. DR2 is getting really old and WRC10 and Generation are a bit into casual gameplay but still very fun and great rally game. For a 2025 experience, EA WRC is the way to go. The only downside is more about game needing some optimization on our side by tweaking some parameter in our GPU software. Once done, it's a really great rallye game despise being labeled EA

Me being someone who doesn't trust KT. I think it's a scam company, Generations looks REALLY good. Then you play it and realize that the environments all look like copy paste assets with subpar audio, and kind of sloppy physics. Combined with how bad Test Drive Unlimited is (also looks like a scam). I would not give them my money. Much more respect for the codemaster devs. EA WRC IS the best wrc game currently.

Going back to DR2.0. Gravel physics is beter there, the graphics are far superior and it doesn't suffer from huge technical problems like EA WRC does.

I cannot speak badly enough about KT racing. And the disaster that is Test Drive Unlimited the company was entrusted to build it.

But back on point.

1. backwards intuitive car adjustments.
2 Short as hell stages RAM didnt know what to do when loading.
3. Standard tuning ~= logical tuning.

It's just a few clicks and it seems to work for many people.

For me, WRC Generation is better than DR 2.0, but with EA WRC, CM was finally able to catch up with Dirt Rally again.
