I dont have the time and interest to sit the whole day to get it running properly.
Other games can do it out of the box.
And here they dont care about it.
I would like to see/play this game in proper VR quality but this game is like an failed experiment.
I have tried this with both my index and Varjo Aero, It took some time to get things right but on both headsets the image is razor sharp and the FPS is fine (90 on Aero 120 on Index)
All settings are on high and DLSS is on (ultra sees some frame drops)
in steamVR I have 150% for index and for Aero 80% with Low in the Aero Base tool (The Varjo is so powerful that these ultra low hardware settings are enough to make the game look better than my 32" !440p monitor for comparison)
Bottom line is: fiddle with the settings until you get it right, make sure your Drivers are up to date and if you have a newer CPU then your BIOS needs to be up to date (this one I cannot stress enough)
I am running a 14900k @5700MHZ
RTX 3090 Founders
64gig of 5000mhz RAM
game is installed on my SSD along with windows
I have the launch option in steam with -D3D11, no other config tweaks.
Hope this helps
Can you share some more of your settings. I got it playing with quest 3 but it looks horrible. I fiddled with the settings with not much luck. Too much glare and anti-aliasing just smooths it out too much. I had the graphics set up all the way and still it looks bad. Running on Quest 3 90hz, on higher resolution. I've got a I9, RTX 4090. Even on ultra settings with no frame drops the game just looks really bad. I returned the game before it was on sale, but considering getting it again.
Here are the in game settings for WRC
as Mentioned 80% res scaling in SteamVR video settings for Varjo and 150% for index, nothing else has been messed with.
Your BIOS and GPU being up to date is very important for everything to be smooth (not to mention all other windows updates of course)

Thanks!
A simple Haiku I devised hopefully should sum it up.
V R to bring joy
Blurry uneven motion
Snowflakes hide the way
(Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 4070 Ti super).
Game sucks tough, I have the feeling I am driving the same stage over and over...
I cannot believe its been weeks since last broken update and they still have not fixed the VR!
