For some reason, similar to when playing Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, my PC (Windows 10) allows the game to run at an uncapped framerate. It leads to the frame rate making the game run at a speed so fast it cannot be played. I tried the same fix for EoSD, and I checked the options menu. There is no FPS cap in the options menu, and the EB converter that works for most Touhou games also doesn't work. There is no configuration file in the Steam folder. The only "log" file there is only exists in Japanese text...
