Who did you shoot with the desert eagle?

I'm often a victim of "too good to use" syndrome, so I used it to kill the curator/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ arsehole. But I'm curious if there are other options? Since (I think) you can get through the fight without shooting it, what other situations come up where you can use it? Does that have any impact on the story or achievements? (Other than the axe related achievement)

This wax sculptor thing. Cause you only have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ axe on fight with it. With Bloody Mary you at least have a regular gun.

wasted my shoot on curator , failed to beat him with axe , then just continued withoout deagle

Shooting anyone else besides the second fight with The Curator/Sculptor (or w/e you called him) after a long chase sequence is a complete waste... I thought I was smart saving it for last boss, and the boss barely flinched lol

EDIT: Btw there is two achievements related to the second figth with it that nullify each other.

I think it would had been a much better fight if Angie mentioned what weapon to use on it, cause of to that point I dont think you use the Axe a single time against an enemy.. so most players have no clue how to kill it even tho its kinda obvious once you figure it out. Alternatively have a smaller enemy in that same level that serves as a sort of "practise" for it would had been nice. When I played I got stuck so ended up looking it up and every video I saw ppl just said ♥♥♥♥ it and used the desert eagle lol

The fat lady when the weird thing took over her head. I forgot I even had the DE until I looked in my inventory and was running from her.

Hahaha, same for me. Thought it would have any impact on later chapter, ended up knowing it's free one-kill chance for any boss lol.

Used it to shoot F.....ing Arsehole and later was petrified on the thought of fighting the spider without DE lol It was so hopeless that I had to peep into the thread here

I was that person, the "too good to use" person, when it came to that particular weapon. Sadly enough for me, I never ended up using it. I kept thinking there would be a time and place for it, considering how long I held onto it, and how it stayed in my inventory.

I'm guessing you are supposed to use it against The Skinny Man/Currator during the second battle. I personally didn't even attempt to win that fight, and just let myself die lol

I think the best choice is always the skinny man

Either on the 2nd encounter where you're going for the achievement of killing him yourself, or the 1st encounter so as to make it easier to get past him if you're lazy to axe him, you kill him in one shot

I had to kill the potato man with the axe because i didnt win the shooting game , i won the sheep and moved on lol. When I looked up how to beat him everyone had the damn bullet lol . My second play through i shot him lol

Thats why I always read through achievement list before I play any game to decide if its worth 100% and also for some clues for possible missables XD
