Games references [spoilers alert]
Hello, what's references you have noticed in the Burnhouse Lane?
I found the following:
1) Silent Hill 2, Mary's letter in a toilet about vacation
2) Silent Hill obsession with the searching in the toilet
3) Dead By Daylight, fixing the gen in the end with skillchecks.
4) The Cat Lady, Mitzi scenes.

Something else?
Edit: not games, but the obvious one is IT reference, with the boy in yellow raincoat and red balloon, also the whole Bloody Mary part with Ben reminded me of Misery.

I think the axe is a reference to downfall. Joe Davis favorite weapon. Also and it's a bit pulled by the air but i think Destiny is also a reference to Ivy twisted vision of herself. It's also suggested that Angie have underlying eating disorder (no matter the food she found she never seems intrested in it and her skill in cooking can tell you more or less how she feel about food) i maybe see things where there isn't but it's something i kinda feel.

Also, The people traped inside wax statue is also the theme of an horror movie (can't remember the name rn)

The message above uv lamp is from The Raven from Edgar Allan Poe. wich is a poem who explores how grief can overcome pple and make them unable to live in the present and engage with pple.

There is probably more but this is my first playtrough and it's all that came up to me so far

Wax museum is a reference to House of Wax and probably Waxwork.

Luke's Coffee Shop is a reference to Gilmore Girls.

I'm pretty sure Rem mentioned WaxWorks[www.mobygames.com] being an important source of inspiration for him in some interview.

There is also a very clear reference, but not to game, but rather polish politics. Bloody Mary is almost 1:1 looking like Krystyna Pawłowicz, highly controversial and widely despised politician in Poland, responsible for and supporting many ultra-conservative initiatives and known for her offensive style of addressing other people. Resemblance is uncanny :)
the girl in the chapter 6 with the piano and the cat is probably Mitzi, so that's a reference to the cat lady

Woah, they really do look similar, how interesting.

What about the old bus on the way to the woods in chapter 3? Did that "happiness" line remind you of anything?... ;)

The axe is a reference to The Shining, Downfall itself just basically being a mix of The Shining and Silent Hill... still was kinda dissapointed in neither game no one says "Heeeres Johny!" there was a few times when I thought "Shes gonna say the line!" but then she didnt lol

Besides The Cat Lady and Downfall the story of Bloody Mary and Ben reminds me of Misery (I think Joe Davis was a fan and found this book in his mailbox in game) + old movie Boxing Helena. Also it can be reference to manga Catarpillar. Mary's character probably has connections with Elizabeth Bathory, corpses in wax - The Wax Museum, killer and in the woods and evil crazy priest can be found in lots of horror movies.

I feel like some scenes and characters are related to Rem's previous games - the axe is Downfall, fat hungry female monsters - Sophie that Joe had to kill as Angie did, cat's death - cat burned by Joe, The Sculptor on the ship - doctor Z who made art using female corpses, in the first scene Angie hangs herself - as did Lorelai's mum, the puzzle where Angie burns the body to get chalk reminds me a lot of the end of Downfall when Ivy was basically fried alive.

"Probably"? Her appearance and dialogue flat out confirms it. It's even the same voice actress, and she tells you to do exactly what her friend (Susan) does, playing piano in order to summon the cat. Now I honestly wonder what the canon ending of TCL actually is..
Another thing; this game has almost the exact same opening as TCL.

I might be wrong, however:

The Cat looks and sounds suspiciously like Cheshire Cat from American McGee's Alice and its sequel. He also conncected to a house fire, like in Alice.

The whole ship segment references Waxworks, The Thing (head on spider legs) and House of Wax.

Angie and friends watch "Titanic" on tv.

Ruby and Destiny could be a pun aimed at Pokemon Ruby Destiny series of ROM hacks.

So, we have huge blonde girl who is very muscular, pretty violent and has a dead father problem. Um... Abby Anderson from TLoU 2, is that you?

"Red Herring" brand of tuna is a slang term for "false lead" in screenplay writing. Obviously, tuna can is absolutely useless.

"Firestarter" achievement is probably a reference to The Prodigy song of the same name.

"Gen Rush" achievement. Gen Rush is a term from Dead by Daylight wich means a specific tactic from survivors team. I think I've read somewhere that Rem is an avid DbD player.

A kid in a yellow raincoat (splash!), a red baloon graffiti, a paper boat... That's It. The one by S. King.

The whole "you have an item that contains your sickness, so you have to feed it to someone else to get better" is exactly how things turn out in "Thinner" novel. Again, by one S. King.

-------------------
We have a dodge move, an axe, we can put a fire "spell" on that axe, we need to rest on specific points in game world (- Cigarette Lit -) and there are doors that can't be open from this side. Wich means "Burnhouse Lane" is a soulsborne game.
