That must be your PC issue.
My friend smoothly running Unbound using Ryzen 3 1300+Radeon RX 560+8 Gigs Memory. Constant at 60fps (freesync on).

Sounds to me like a CPU or RAM bottleneck not a GPU problem. Most likely CPU, tho.

It is a R5 5600 which is pretty good I believe and only 16 gigs of DDR4 with 3200mhz clock I believe

it may be bottleneck problem that cpu isn't bad but with a 3060 it's pretty slow and that ram would be better to get DDR5 possibly 4800mhz or even 6000mhz (a pair of 2 sticks of ddr5 6000mghz cost around 100/130 euro) and for the cpu i reccomend the ryzen 9 7950x or ryzen 9 7950x3D

I mean I am currently saving up for a whole new PC with a 4080 Super, etc. I will be more aware with what to get in order to have no bottlenecks etc but I will keep in mind! Thank you for the cpu recommendations :)

That was fixed in the previous patch.

after the update, the game start loading but somewhere ended it. so i can't play

It works right out the box with Xbox and PS controllers, it's definitely something on your side. Check your Steam Input settings as the compatibility layer could be giving you trouble.
