Many, check the car list and look its customization on youtube.

No other game has the level of customization unbound has... Pretty simple. Check my steam profile and look for my youtube channel currently uploaded b, a and a+ class cars that should give you a good idea of what you can do.
Will be uploading s and s+ in later dates.
