No game with Denuvo DRM has an offline mode.
Online connectivity is mandatory.
So you do have a need of internet connaction.
Ya... No you dont buddy smoke less of that green.
Denuvo is server based. By definition it has no offline mode.
Offline mode means OFFLINE.
"Grace periods" or periodic handshakes are not an offline mode. If Denuvo decides to check and your games exe can't reach the server it will lock you out.
Let me put this in a form of a qustion to make it easier for the thick.
If you are not connected to internet and you decide to play a game and denuvo decides to do a check what do you need to do to reverify your game to continue playing offline?
If you are offline then the base-ass game will be available to you. It's still has a lot of cars and customisation options but if you've bought the speed passes, ultimate edition, etc, you won't have them available...
