Questions about the content of the "Ultimate Collection Upgrade" DLC
Does the "Ultimate Collection Upgrade" DLC include "Ford Mustang Dark Horse '24 (Vol. 7 Premium Speed Pass?)" and "Audi RS 6 Avant '20" DLCs (Vol. 6 Premium Speed Pass?)"?

So, "Vol. 6/7 Dynamic Catch-Up Pack" and "Vol. 6/7 Premium Speed Pass" are the same thing?

Yeah, it is basically. The Ultimate Collection gives you everything that's in the Speed Passes, including the premium content and the cars.

Is the volume 9 premium speedpass content also part of the Ultimate Collection Upgrade DLC pack finally or is it still not part of this DLC pack?

The "Ultimate Collection Upgrade" store page clearly says it includes. You can check for yourself.
Both contain "Vol. 9 Premium Speed Pass."

Hopefully the volume 9 premium speedpass really cano be unlocked finally.

I just asked this question because there was other players who already complained that the premium items couldn't be unlocked.
