like every NFS the drift is just bad or its me ?

I recently played some of the older NFS games like Underground 2, most wanted and Carbon, i haven't played them in years. You are right something is funky with the drifting system in the NFS games now, the cars drift to easily and there is no need for an e brake now when only tapping the brake causes the car to drift. No clue why they would change it.

Drifting is worst in this one than, at least, the more recent NFS (Heat, Payback, 2015, Rivals). They tried to go for a grip handling model but they kind of failed, resulting in a weird hybrid brake-to-drift. Grip doesn't work all the time (or at all, in some cases) and drift is useless (very slow, no control of your car).

You can tap nitro to "save" multiplier. But i kinda decided to pretend those don't exist. Tried once, but even 60% drift on easy isn't enough to get 1st place, and i'm in no mood to gather additional set of drift-dedicated cars -_-
