I actually liked them, gives Prostreet vibes to a certain degree and yeah, and some of them were saying in the trailers that its a cheap copy of anime, when they are just western cartoons.
Prob most who ♥♥♥♥ on Unbound were MW'05 fanboys because you know, they dont like anything else that isnt its sepia/piss filter with the GTR and it's super "deep" levels of story lol
Another thing I like about Unbound is that, at least early on, you need to get a bit used to not coming in first place. Most "arcade-y" racing games always want you to come in first, but not Unbound, it wants you to place side bets with people who you think you can beat and then do your best to place as high as possible. This combined a limited number of restarts for the entire day makes you carefully consider if you really are able to come in first or if you should just accept a lower spot. That said, after a few hours, you will start coming in first more regularly.
As for multiplayer, I can't really speak to it in either game, sorry if you were looking for more info on how that is.
A great point. NFSUnbound is my first NFS experience and I struggled HARD at first - racing and police and I LOVED the feeling of having to carefully consider the risk/reward aspect etc. It's really satisfying to return to SP now after 1000H in game and destroy the AI racers - testament to the skill increase, which is very satisfying.
I only touched MP after I finished SP story and I absolutely LOVE IT! Much more than I thought I would and the gameplay is only getting more fun with each volume update.
I encourage even the most steadfast, ardent of SP'ers to give MP a try and just see how it feels. I never thought I'd love it as much as I do!
go for heat only if you want to heavly mod the game new cars etc
This game ain't worth sh*t
