Report a translation problem
Start -> Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows security -> Virus & Threat protection -> Manage settings (under "Virus & threat protection settings) -> Add or remove exclusions (under "Exclusions") -> Add an exclusion -> select from files, folders, file types or process (and here you select the whole game's folder).
This worked for me (another guy suggested me this and I reallt can't thank him enough. I was going to refund it and I would've missed the first NFS game that made me have true fun after A LOT of time).
1- Ir a los archivos locales del juego y dentro de la carpeta "Shadercache" borrar el archivo "0.GENERIC.PCDX12".
2- En los documentos de la pc buscar la carpeta del NFS Unbound y ahí borrar la carpeta "Cache".
3- Reinicie el EA y ya pude jugar.
