Standard or palace edition?

I want to buy thr game just for the story (as usual, I don't care about online and speed passes) - will palace edition have something useful for me, or I can easily go with standard edition?

Go for standard edition, you will not missing anything... palace is for skins (if you want to spend on skin its up to you).

well you get the rights to buy the cars, they dont give them to you for having the dlc and still got to earn them in-game. however they weren't bad cars when starting out imo, but there are clearly better vehicles in game .
