how to toggle online/offline mode
so, as the menu and interface is...yeah...wher the **** can I toggle online/offline mode?

There are SP and MP modes. To switch modes you exit to the menu and then pick which mode you want.

If you actually mean using the game in offline mode. That shouldn't be tricky but didn't work for a lot of people. To use the game in offline mode you need to set Steam to offline as well as the EA app, IIRC. But like I said, even doing both of those didn't work for some people.
