slow motion feels

when racing the game feels like its in slow motion. does not matter what kind of settings i tweak, i cannot figure this out, i have changed nvidia settings etc. still no dice. Anyone else have this issue?

Reminds me of Rivals, basically starts running slower and slower the higher you go over 60 FPS.

No speed perception problems here. Game flys with a fast car.

its not a speed perception, its like a stutter but with out the choppiness, its more like a slow motion

Have you put car into 2nd gear?

The stutter for me turned into a full-on fps plummet. REALLY frustrating when attempting to escape a cop chase, and the longer it goes on the lower the frames until you swear the game is about to crash. Game ran beautifully yesterday, when I first got it. Today, game said "no."

If you go too fast the game can't properly load traffic and the road Infront of you. It's built for automatic gears so if you use manual you're going to have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up experience all around

I've experienced this on heat with unite mod on. When i turn the texture loading to faster the "slow-motion" will occur for me, and either turning the texture quality to low or the texture load to slow would fix it. Unbound is the same, turn the texture quality to low and it fixes mine. Though it will occur again if i played for 2+ hour but it's very minimal

I noticed this issue when i used bluetooth on my xbox one controller. When i just used cable this issue did not exist (i play on pc)
