Load of cope, most of them are subjective except for having snow (not needed), getting instant races, and yeah 2D interior - not immersive. Rear View Mirror is somehow missing, but that is it.
The game is using a 7 year old engine. The game has realistic looking car models and cell shaded character models that makes them clash due to different styles.

On top of that, there is snow falling, dynamic background with the rail car moving, clouds moving etc. It may be an old game and very bad graphics for today's games but it has all the things to make it a great game. The interior shot with all the composition in that screenshot gives a cozy vibe to drive.
That's not a 2D interior it's actually 3d since that's the PC version of High Stakes
