Forza Horizon 4 and 5 still the best

If you play FH series, will disappointment with NFS Unbound. After I play NFS Heat in last year, yeah the graphics and driving gameplay too arcade and poor car list in NFS Heat.
We will see NFS Unbound can beat FH4 anf FH5 or not.

But from my experienced NFS Heat really bored from map design, quest, music radio, map design, no season climate, no wild animal. FH4 much better when compared with NFS Heat.
And now Unbound will compare with FH5. I think FH5 win but time will answers

I got bored with Forza Horizon games. Aside from Horizon 3 that is. I mean sure, it's simcade and leans closely towards real handling, but between the ridiculous AI - The boring story chapters - The annoying way that the traffic spawns in front of players, no.

Forza Horizon 5 was my last Horizon; I'll be staying very far away from that series from now on.

NFS Heat was kinda okay for a playthrough but only with community fixes. Especially to get rid of that stupid forced filmgrain effect. Police was way too unrealistic and at some point not even a challenge anymore. Also support for racing wheels sucked!
FH4 also has trouble with my older Logitech G27. FH5 on the other hand supports it perfectly without the need of any 3rd party tools to emulate something else.
Have to say FH5 is the best simcade game at the moment. I do miss a hot pursuit mode and the AI sucks indeed. Cheap catch-up mechanics for example.

Forza Horizon 3 is the best installment by the way. Horizon 4 is okay while Horizon 5 is recycled. Playground Games should have put more hours on adding newer cars instead recycling the ones we've seen already. Right now, NFS 2015 to me is much better to play since there's Toyota in it.

Yeah I feel bored in FH5 because Mexico map and FH4 is the best FH series from my opinion, I really enjoy ride in autumn and snow.
FH3 is good one too I love Australia map but in FH4 really colorful theme is so much fun.

I really don't like Hot Pursuit too much police and the police car like stunt man, this make boring shortly.
I like gameplay like Most Wanted in past era, but now I think FH is the best racing games, we can enjoy the environments, no police traffic law, car details near real, customization vehicles like real spare parts, livery editor, drone mode and yeah FH photo mode are best photo mode in racing games specially the apertures really beautiful like high end lens.

Yeah FH3 is so much fun before FH4 release, but after FH4 release I think is really colorful theme and every season have different gameplay like in snow so much drift area.
FH4 environments are beautiful have city and country side.
But really different with FH5 in Mexico, yeah in Mexico have desert, jungle and mountain but why all building look like slum city, but the fact in real Mexico have big modern city with tall buildings.
And road design in FH5 too big many highway and with weird campaign story, Hot Wheel DLC are garbage for me, not like in FH4 have storm island DLC.
And the best public challenges in FH series have leaderboards this make me more challenges with friend list in leaderboards.

I not too much hype with Unbound, I will waiting Youtube gameplay after this game release before buy the game. I think this game not similar like FH series.

I still play FH5, by the way. The GR Supra will ever be my first car to use in the game. It's just that Mexico isn't a good place to race to be honest.

the horizon series needs cops, and the theme needs changed to you're outlaws wrecking the cities, because you get points for destroying fences etc. Right now the story is this fun little parade you can just run through and wreck the city as you please and get points, its boring. I have only raced a handful of times and i own every house and my car list is full of hundreds of free cars ive got for doing pretty much nothing. The driving is great, esp with a g29 , the racing and driving is on point but the rest of the game is just boring, it would be great to be able to race for pinks, bet wagers against people in head to head races, have cops patrolling the streets and the more you smash the more heat you get, esp if they added a strike system 3 times busted and you lose your car, it would make all the money more useful and make cars special, right now i have a ton n get more n its like who cares i have 100 i havent even paid for just sitting there

It won't beat FH5/4 in sales because it has neither the mainstream appeal nor the Microsoft marketing machine behind it. However sales aren't always indicative of quality and Forza games are pretty bad in terms of game design, they're just piggy-backing off of Turn10's fantastic physics engine and the PI system that gives even slow cars a purpose.

If the NFS developers could stop pandering to the ricers for 2 seconds and actually try implementing some decent physics and a class system, Forza wouldn't stand a chance.

As a side note FH5 is 1 year old by now and it still feels like an early access game, completely unacceptable.

All comes down to what your flavor is at the moment, i enjoy all the games i have, nfs, the crew, horizon, motorsport, grid, Test drive, gran turismo.......etc.
some times i like serious & some times i just want to be a couch potato.

Basically EA owns Most of the racing titles/franchises on the market with MS having the next majority of titles. EA has enough developer talent to out do forza series but they're too hung up on making a quick buck $$$.
i wonder when the crew 3 will be released & will EA or MS try to buy up ubisoft's the crew game.
Some one needs to bring back the Test Drive series, i loved TD 5,6,7,TD- ferrari racing legends & TDu-1 & 2.
