You might actually see this go free on Epic Store for their free holiday games though.

Most likely this was a tactic to get more people to play the game to off set the reviews. Which can work to a degree since not every game is for every player. Because it was on sale I did went and get it. If I truly don't like it then I can always get a refund. That is what I did with Starfield and Diablo 4.
Personally i won´t buy it, wouldn´t even activate it on my account if i would receive it as a gift :D
But to be fair. In my Opinion the last good Dragon Age was DA2 and i already boycotted DAI
Meaning, the reasons i don´t buy aren´t culture war related ;). In my Opinion this is just not "good"RPG. Way to much streamlining for consoles and so on, which hurt the quality even more than the culture war stuff in my opinion.
Thanks for sharing the links! Very exciting to read.
If I have read and understood correctly, it is allowed to give a new discount, as there is no 30-day waiting period between discounts for seasonal Steam promotions. Seasonal discounts are apparently exempt from this waiting period.
This means the game could be discounted again, but we don't know to what extent, or whether EA will simply “extend” the 35% discount.
Buddy , Epic will be giving this away for free soon
Is that an actual fact or a guess?
Because then I would really wait for the free gifts from the Advent calendar. Today there was actually a promising-looking game inside (The Lord of the Rings - Return to Moria).
By the way: Merry Christmas to you all :)
