all the negative reviews have more ratings than the positive ones, that's why they're up top, this is the concept of "vocal minority" at work here, there are more positive reviews than negative ones if you scroll down enough.

Plenty of ''Mixed'' games i have actually liked, so its better to check it out.
For personaly it`s second to Origins.

There are filters applied to how Steam reviews are displayed to you. By default, the Helpfulness system is applied, which means reviews that are voted "most helpful" are what you see first. If you click the rating (in this case "Mostly Positive" at this time) on the store page, you can then adjust these filters.

Under Display, you can uncheck the Helpfulness option. Under review type, you can make sure "All" is selected. Under Languages, you can choose to filter by all or only specific languages. You can adjust the playtime, or see all reviews regardless of playtime (including the 0.1 hour reviews.) You can filter by most recent. Etc. etc.

You can even choose to display the chart, and then highlight a specific date and see what the review ratio for that date was.

All of the reviews that are counted in the average are there, and readable.

The default setting when you click on reviews is sorted by "Most Helpful". Those with the most thumbs up by people appear at the top. Change that dropdown setting to most recent.

Yeah i am a bit confused by this, I've been looking forward to this game but now i am worried about buying it, i'll just keep a eye on this.

have to dsiagree. the majority of views i've seen on it otuside of reviews and mainstream reviews is overwhelming negative, picking apart the flaws, from the ease of gameplay, lack of strategy, bad pacing, and it just generally not feeling like a dragon age game set in a world with a lot of dark stuff baked in from racism, slavery, oppression of free will, and literal demons and tolkien orcs wanting to bum rape you.

The game is pure woke propaganda on a new scale. If you are ok with them telling you to do 10 push ups for useing the wrong pronounce and forced fake positivity and no free will buy it. Otherwhise stay away of it.

The game is obvsly so bad in rep. that even people who regret buying it and downvote within 10 minutes gameplay didn't even spend money on. The news mostly spread good enough that this game purely exist to give DEI a place to be and hopefully stay. Like in a cage or smth

OP is talking why all the negative reviews appear before the positive ones, i'm just explaining how Steam's review system highlights those with the most thumbs up, it has nothing to do with the actual content of the review.

It was mostly negative in the first few hours then locked to 77-78% positive for about 12-18 hours, it's been "fortified", hell a number of the positives are just meme'ing on it all.

The numbers lie, just check youtube for reviewers, you won't find many singing praise for it.

Its a good game, if it didn't have the trans stuff it would have been at very positive for sure.

Maybe instead of looking at the stats just read some of the community reviews here ?
