I agree, blood and slaughter needs to be in the game.
It probably was «The Gates of Azyr» by Chris Wraight. This is exactly the audiobook.
If you want a full-blooded audio drama, there are peerless «Realmslayer» and «Realmslayer: Blood of the Old World» by David Guymer. About the beginning of Gotrek Gurnisson adventure in the Mortal Realms. For Warhammer, this is the best work in this genre, recommend to everyone.
Same here. I only heard about the game today and I would like to play the demo.
He also puts his finger on why I think the game industry is going to suffer big in the coming years.
I sincerely hope Warhammer is successful. I think people unfairly automatically go into whine mode if something isn't delivered absolutely perfect. But we can attribute a lot of lackluster titles to a problem with our generation. Or degenration.
Timothy Cain puts things in perspective at least on the gaming end of things.

No blood in a warhammer game!? This seems wrong…
That's a good point! In Germany the game is also USK 16. For comparison: Company of Heroes 3 is USK 16. And in this game there is clearly visual violence. Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin would have to be rated USK 12 due to the lack of depiction of violence, especially since it all takes place in a fantasy world with fantasy characters. Very strange!
I think many dislike the total Absence of blood&gore in a Warhammer Game.
