Necrons aren't a faction in Age of Sigmar. You're thinking of Warhammer 40k.

Right now it's 2-2 with nagash / sigmar on the order side and tzeentch / gork (Mork?) on the destruction side.

Kharadron overlords could be a cool addition since flying is already in the game (airship flying faction would be a good fit) but they probably should wait for more units in general before them. I'll take Idoneth Deepkin in the meantime lol
