How long is the story campaign?
how many chapters
and missions ?

I'm pretty sure from my completion percent that it's 20 chapters and each chapter is a unique mission. First couple of missions are pretty simple but it ramps up a lot at mission 3 and beyond.

according to a review (gamestar) it said 15 hrs.

Honestly it depends on how good you are at it/ how fast you pick it up. Some reviewers completed it in like 9 hours, other reviews took 15-20 hours, I bet the faster review times are on the easiest difficulty because I have had to restart missions on even the standard difficulty of warrior. I also watched a friend's stream who is a very high level RTS player who got stuck on a mission mid campaign for multiple hours on top difficulty, so difficulty is definitely scalable.
