Chapter 3
Anyone else finding the enemy spawns on this mission ridiculous...

Also what is the point of the combat triangle, when your units will not do as ordered anyway.... Also why is it when they are being attacked they just stand there?!? Come on basic common sense Developers.

Thats not the worst one I promise. But yea multiple scenarios are completely unmanageable; you will be constantly overwhelmed and assaulted from 10 different positions while you keep getting new objectives and obstacles shoved in your face. Plus units keep acting and generating during the cutscenes that will regularly interrupt your frantic attempts to manage this nightmare.

How do you manage it? I can hold the monument closest to the spawn but every time I push out my flank will get decimated because my units will not respond to being attacked by ranged units.

I best refund this ♥♥♥♥ then.. theres challenge and then theres just pure ballocks and this game is pure ballocks, what makes it stupid aswell is the fact your units when you order them to attack' they get stuck in combat, yet enemies can walk through you, and also the fact that in this mission particular they have that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ purple beam ♥♥♥♥ that kills atleast 1 unit per squad EVERYTIME it goes off, as if this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission was ANTI player/fun enough

This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous, when will the year come when Developers properly develop there games before releasing, or proper test them..... the fact people are saying chapter 3 isnt even the worse mission for management, whoever the ♥♥♥♥ designed it clearly has no idea how to make a game fun and challenging, they just made it pure anti player/fun with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ upon ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I agree that the speed of the enemy's reinforcements is ludicrous.

Needs balancing for sure

After several attempts I finally got victory. However, I have no idea how I got it or what I did - I think it was just luck.
Took me 3 tries and beat it easily that last try, but yeah, the jump in difficulty is surprisingly high even on normal difficulty. I'm not sure it's a bad thing necessarily. It's definitely doable, but you need to be on top of everything the entire time and be able to split your forces across the map and micro all of them. It's a bit much to expect from players so early on normal.

I don't think the problem with this map is the amount of enemies. If not that the tutorial is scarce, I barely understood that I had to level up the base XD, then it was easy, in the end, when you level up the base, you can have more units, divide them into 3 groups and distribute them in the 3 zones and that's it, in the end it was simple. I made it on the second try (Normal difficulty).

It is to understand the concept of the game and, above all, be attentive to your units at all times, because your units often stand by and watch how they annihilate their teammates.

So chapter 6 is point capping mission. Sounds simple right? But wait, enemies already scattered around the map. Okay no problem, that means I need to advanced more cautious. But wait, enemies started capping all the points as soon as battle started so bleeding point is unavoidable. All right screw cautious, blitzkrieg it is. Maybe I can rushed the enemies with my available armies from the start. By the way, where is our healer hero, Is he tired or something? But wait, enemies already having their advanced units from the start and oh yeah there are some holes you need to destroy around the map or enemies will keep spawning...By the way, it is in normal difficulty, I believe the description is "having some experience in RTS game"

Are these guys that tested the game are RTS god or something?

Yeah I was playing on veteran and it only lasted 2 missions haha. Needs some balancing for sure

I sent a balanced team of 3-4 units to each monument. Worked wonders on normal difficulty. At the beginning of the mission, I would focus on sending out two newly trained units to cap the nearby resource points, upgrade them to provide more resources, then upgrade to T2 as soon as possible in order to raise your unit cap to 12.

Ah, this has to be what I was missing, as at no point did I figure out that the base itself could be upgraded throughout Chapters 1 and 2. I was wondering how I was supposed to push with only 8 units plus + 2 heroes in Chapter 3

It also doesn't help that I can't pause in the campaign and get my bearings on what's what, without bringing up the options menu--when I specifically want to click on the Muster points and such without enemies moving around and getting stronger

Playing this on veteran I just cant do it, unless you have all 12 units together, the constant stream of enemies just bleeds you, regardless of whether you are on top of each units abilities, the fact when they are being attacked from range and just stands there is so incredibly annoying or ignore the fact that units behind them are being slaughtered regardless of whether they are part of the same group or not is incredibly frustrating.
IM not new to RTS having played all the company of heroes, dawn of wars, age of empires, warno etc. but this, this is just torture. I did upgrade my point, however i was burning that many units, that many resources not only for unit upgrades but also the use of abilities. it is just.....wow. rebalancing needs to be done for sure.

Agreed. This is easily the worst balanced RTS at normal difficulty (veteran description) I've encountered in years. WTF? It seems not to be playtested at all.
