Mac version?

I would like to ask the devs will there be in the future a version of the game for mac/linux?

Possibly. I'm a solo dev and I don't have access to immediate testing of mac builds so it is unlikely a mac build will happen soon, but it is a possibility for the future.

Does the engine support mac/linux? I'll try to get the game and see if it runs with proton but if not then I'll have to ask for a refund :/

Oh, it's Unity. Seems to work OK in linux via proton.

I'd buy this right now if it had a Mac version. BTW, Unity Cloud Build makes Mac builds no problem.

I'm not sure about mac but I'm playing on Ubuntu using Proton and it works flawless

For those who want to play on Mac, I just tested Rogue Tower on Crossover on my M1 mac, and it ran flawlessly. The only problem is a scaling issue that makes things look blurry, but if you zoom in things get fixed.
Would recommend!

Love to see the game have a Mac. Considering buy a Mac for some lite work. It will be nice if I don't need to bring the Windows game PC to have some lite game.

Building for Mac on unity is not a problem; at worst you have to install a module for it's support (I recently had to do that too)
You're right; getting testers for testing a game on Mac is the challenge there.

Although you could help... do know that testing a game is more than just playing it. I hope you know what you're offering :P
