Report a translation problem
I'm having a similar problem, except its MUCH WORSE. I've removed doubles on the mmd model, and beforehand, the keys worked JUST FINE. But after removing doubles, the model turned into, well, this: {LINK REMOVED}http://aquamarineperidot.deviantart.com/art/HELP-645979510?ga_submit_new=10%253A1479214616
Is there a different way?
If you're expecting a very simple interface that could automatically convert the MMD stuff into SFM compatible version, it doesn't exist.
PS: Look up "Practically any models into SFM" at the guides section.
2) Make sure the material and texture files are in the right file location.
3) Make sure the file location of the vmt files written in $cdmaterials in the QC file is correct.
4) Make sure the $basetexture in the VMT is correctly assigned where the VTF file is located.
