Alright, big surprise, SFM isn't working. I'm trying to insert some models, record gameplay, other stuff. Problem is that none of the secondary windows are showing up. I can still interact with them but I cannot see them, as you could guess this makes things more difficult then they need to be. If anyone knows what's wrong I'd love to have a fix for this.

you try windows, layouts, return to default layout, then select the layout you're looking for?
