New Tut! How to Fix Missing Tabs!

What really bothers me is not knowing what causes them to not appear by themselves in the first place. This never happened to me on either of my machines...

I think this has something to do with an update, another guy mentioned that when he launched sfm from the sdk menu it worked fine... hmmm maybe it messed with the normal sfm launch?

Ok so I very much apricate the help from this tutorial but here's the problem, So apparently I either don't have the files or I'm in a wrong part of the Import elements tab. Which is it?
