Messed up timeline

My timeline recently had a bug where instead of 1 second increments, there are hundred centiseconds or whatever increments, and it becomes impossible to even time a particle correctly without taking up like 30 minutes...

Hover your mouse over the time line... Hold down the shift key and roll your center mouse button, that will increase and decrease the time elements of the time line...

No, I meant that the playhead goes through the 100th second mark within 3 seconds.

whats the frame rate?

it's supposed to go by frame. each tick of the playhead being one frame. so the higher the framerate the more ticks it takes to go through a second of film. and vice versa

It seems that the normal 1, 2 ,3 is replaced with 100, 200, 300.

Doh, right click on the 100, 200, 300 and change the time code display back to Timecode:Seconds
