I cant get any rotations to work

i open up sfm load a map and place a charecter from tf2 (spy if you were wondering) i try to do rotate his pelvis following the guide on youtube 13.1 Pose to Pose Animation and the rotation thing wouldnt appear. can annyone help?

first, are you in the motion or graph editor?

Second, are your animations after the 60 second mark?

Oh, do you have more than 1 shot? If yes and your animation are in separate shot, do you have the shot where the animation is selected in the clip editor?
