Custom Face and Custom Facial Expression apply for a player

How can I relpace one of the player model face for example heavy , with my own face model and facial expression with different blendshpes and create the animation inside source filmmaker.

so can I replace one of the player with custom face , but keep the body ? can I load also the different custom poses like happy and .......
