SFM For Mac (Dead- doesn't work anymore :P)

A lot has chnaged in the past few years and this doesn't work.

Most excellent, Glitchy... I'm glad to see someone take some possitive action on this topic and attempt to provide a solution. I am not a Mac user and personally will never own one, but listening to every SCREAM about SFM not being compatible and as you say "been crying in the corner like tiny BABY coward" I knew that someone like you would eventually stand up and take action.

GOOD SHOW!!! BLOODY EXCELLENT!!! and a ton of KUDOs to you!!!

Very interesting. I already installed bootcamp on my mac, but I have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ intel HD graphics card.

How much do you think that external graphics card rig would cost? Like, if I bought a good AMD or Nvidia graphics card (plus all that other stuff you mentioned)- could I get it all under $250?

Also, do you have any SFM quality tests you could show for comparison?

And maybe a pic of that graphics card set-up?

Sorry if this is too much to ask, but I'm just interested in getting more info.

I have no idea if an external graphics card is even a real thing.

Oh... was he really joking? Damn, I fell silly then :(

I think external graphics cards are possible, I remember seeing an article on it somewhere, but I haven't seen a proper tutorial on it.

No, there isn't an external graphics card. There was a youube video of someone making one but looking at the setup, it was an electricians worse nightmare.

A GPU has 2 connections, the video input, and the power supply. You need to have both to run this, and that menas you need a power supply outside of your Mac. HOWEVER, I have a friend who got this to work with no problems, and he didn't have to get any GPU or PSU to run it, it just ran on the software instructions I put above. He has an iMac (the newest version)
