Lip sync not working!
So I'm trying out SFM for the first time and I'm trying to recreate what the guy that made the official valve tutorial did and I'm attempting to lip sync the scout to saying a phrase. Whenever I try to extract phonemes it does not effect the scout at all. I have also tried manually make the lip sync but when I see people's tutorials on how to do so, they all have a tongue in their face folder but I don't have one. After trying multiple thing for about 30 minuets, I just decided to do a clean re-install of SFM. However, the same problem still comes up. I just don't know what to do.

Are you using the hwm scout?

It looks like a recorded scout.

Yeah it only works if you have it to Hardware-morphs. (Hwm) You can't extract it if it is a regular Scout.

Oh, I see what I did. I feel stupid now. Like I said, it's my first time SFMign (assuming that that is a word) Thanks you guys!

Go into the files of SFM and find the "Lip Sync" File. :F
