Warped/deformed models on opening SFM
I've encountered the "deformed models" problem, and seen the answers about only moving the roottransform nodes. But my problem is that it didn't create any problems when I last had the project open. It only happened now that I've just opened the project back up. Is there a remedy for this situation?

Is this an "in between upgrades" problem. Is it an old project you were working on?

No. Literally, just started it today, saved 'n exited, then came back to it an hour later and my Medic 'n Scout were completely deformed.

There were two updates today, that may be what caused it. Try right-clicking their animation set, going to utilities > reattach to model.
