Is there a way to have a model become ice texture or gold texture?
You know,in tf2 there are some weps,like spy cicle and golden wrench,that when they kill,they "freeze" the model of the player they killed,and in base of the weapon, it has different textures,like spy cicle has an ice texture put in the model and the golden wrench or saxxy put a gold texture in the model,how do i put the textures on the models then?

In Team Fortress 2, that is done by completely replacing the materials of the model with another material. It is however still unknown how to do that in Source FilmMaker.

All I can say is "copy the contents of the ice or gold material, if you can find them, then paste it into a material the model uses". Make sure to do that in usermod, and delete it after you're done, otherwise the material will be stuck like that until you fix it yourself, or verify cache files.

Other people may have better solutions.

*Cough* Cubemaps can not be ADDED through override materials, only CHANGED, and most models, for example all Team Fortress 2 class models (except the Sniper's sunshades), don't have them, and it is unknown how to replace materials in Source FilmMaker.

Yeah, sure, but there are proxies and such in them, affecting phong and such, which may be hard to make not have an effect only through override materials. At least for people new to it.
