SFM workshop items not downloading

So about five months ago my old PC died and I finally got around to transferring content off my old hard drive to the new PC including source filmmaker content such as non-workshop items in certain game models not re-downloaded.

But for some reason it won't download any new content I subscribe to not even having the downloader tab pop up. Upon further research crackshot made a similar post in 2018 having a similar problem and I went through the suggestions like checking out if the workshop mod was enabled which it is.

However I did a suggestion mentionedc by capt fuzzy using Windows Explorer to manipulate the workshop folder and unticking read only which actually temporarily worked. I downloaded one random model successfully going through then removing it and attempted to download all of the others I've wanted but only one downloaded being the first one I subscribe to so now I've only successfully downloaded two models so far.

Note I'm on Windows 11. So maybe I accidentally transferred one too many files copying one screwing it up that I need to scour and see if there's a duplicate? Do I need to download QuickTime to fix it? Do I need to remove all the files I transferred over placing them aside then scrubbing things then re-downloading SFM then seeing if things work?
