Redo last action?
Is it possible to repeat the last action using a keyboard command?

Note: Not to confuse with returning from undo.

Ctrl+Shift+Z
A list of useful commands:

Edit: Well, in that case for what would you use it to repeat an action? SFM doesn't really have actions that can be repeated (like in Maya repeating an extrude or something), in SFM you have sliders and such, or moving objects. Doubt SFM can tell what to do for a repeat action.

Smoothing several passes without sliding every time for example.

If you mean smoothing animation, in its current situation where the smooth slider doesn't even remember its new settings I'm not sure if it would work. They'd have to make it so that the smooth settings could be pasted from one animation curve to another. I'm no programmer though so I am not sure if this is possible to add.

You can do this with AutoHotkey for something as simple as Smoothing, and technically most actions can be replicated as macros.

It should be straight forward to integrate.
