PMD to MDL

Hi! I've been trying to convert this PMD file into an MDL file so itll work on SFM, but i seriously dont know anything about 3D modeling, codes, etc..

i was wondering if someone could be so kind as to convert it for me? it would mean so so much to me because i seriously dont know what im doing and i just wanna get it done.
